“Slumdays” is starting this Sunday (10/10 4pm-6pm) as Daily Session’s latest addition to the broadcasting schedule. Slumdays will be broadcasting LIVE from The Huckleberry Bar in Williamsburg (588 Grand St.) every other Sunday. The Huckleberry is an award winning bar for its mixed cocktails and food, as well as it’s relaxing environment with both comfortable indoor and outdoor seating.
The Slumdays broadcast is meant to be more like a cocktail hour, and Mr. Slumdays and guests plan to supply a solid soundtrack for your drinking. With a range of music spanning from jazz to house, from reggae to hip hop, from funk to downtempo, Slumdays will fit right into the Radio Archive’s vibe. Feel free to come down and enjoy it LIVE as well as The Huckleberry’s Happy Hour special ($1 off all food and drink). Great food, great drink, great music, that’s all you really need.
