Roland Appel @ Hudson Htl

Giant Step presents Roland Appel (Fauna Flash/Trüby Trio) and Tyler Askew (Rude/MFT) at the 4th Hudson party of the year!

One half of Fauna Flash, and one third of Trüby Trio and Voom:Voom – all highly acclaimed German/Austrian production entities – Roland Appel is a master at mixing and combining electronic sounds with jazz and ’80s fusion. Studio partners with Christian Prommer, Rainer Trüby and Peter Kruder, Roland will make a one-off appearance in New York at Hudson before jetting off to Miami for our 12th Annual Sunset Soiree.

NYC’s very own Tyler Askew of Rude Movements and My Favorite Things (regular shindigs at the music lover’s haven APT and beyond) will open the evening up with nu-jazz gems and soulful broken beat madness.

**Set for the majority of 2008, twenty Hudson parties will be held fortnightly on Mondays from 6-10 PM.
